Shipping Policy

We value transparency, so here are the details of our shipping prices and time.

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We try to ship orders out within two business days of purchase, but some orders can take much longer to put together. Orders placed during a special sale or during holidays may take longer. If you are in a bind and have some urgency, contact me BEFORE you place the order. Please, make sure your address is correct. As soon as I create your shipping label you will receive an email with your tracking number, it does not mean your order was sent out, keep checking your tracking progress. When an order is returned to me I may not get it back right away, so please let me know. 


Flat Rate Shipping (0-1lbs)- $4.90 - FIRST CLASS  - it usually takes from 3 to 5 days for delivery, but it may take up to 15 days.

Flat Rate Shipping (1-2lbs)- $8.65 - Priority Mail 

Flat Rate Shipping (2-3lbs)- $14.50 - Priority Mail 

Flat Rate Shipping (3-70lbs)- $20.05 - Priority Mail 

Free shipping for orders over $99 US contiguous states only

These prices are a guideline only for the most common cases and we reserve the right to change them at any time.  Any circumstances we consider not to fall into these basic guidelines will be considered on a case by case basis and we will do our best to discuss them with you beforehand.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [Canada]. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Thinspace naturals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


After the package leaves United States and is in the hands of your country, it is your responsibility to keep track of it. International orders may take from 2 to 8 weeks to be delivered. Any customs fees that are applied to your order are your responsibility, I am not responsible for orders that get refused and sent back. Check the customs rules for your country. I have many customers all over the world and 99% of orders get to them with no problem.

USPS Weight 3 - up to 3.0 lb. - $33

USPS Weight 4 - up to 4.0 lb. - $43

UPS Standard - up to 6.0 lb. - $23*

*UPS to Canada is much faster method (about 3-5 days) but you will have to pay broker fees for expediting packages through customs AND a fee for they paying the duty on your behalf.

In-store pickup

We have no in store pickup at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days {30 days Canada} of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Our full refund policy can be found here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
